Registration is made through the conference website and is required for access to the scientific sessions and social events.  Submitted abstracts will be accepted only after full registration. You will receive an e-mail confirmation after registration.

* A certificate confirming student status is required to be submitted as a scanned copy to the Secretariat office of the conference.

** Refund will be complete until late registration date 30th April 2022. From 30 April until 31 July 2022 there will be 50% of refund (no justification is needed). From 31 July refund will be possible "for exceptional well justified cases" or if the conference is cancelled.

*** It is possible to upgrade an online registration to in-person participation by paying the difference. Likewise, changing from in-person to online participation is also possible, with a refund of the difference less bank fees and a handling charge.

Full registration fee includes:

Social dinner: The social dinner is not included in the registration fee (price: € 60).
